About Us Our objectives include helping people help themselves by:

Providing an accessible, comprehensive resource centre for people in need of assistance.

Offering a referral service garnering resources to share with those in need. The resources we are able to provide come from generous partners in the community… Items like school supplies through I.O.D.E.; a toiletries shelf stocked from Enderby Care Society as well as store vouchers for people in emergency need of clothing or household items; infant car seats and bus tickets, through United Way; emergency gift cards from the Lions; and more.

Initiating new programs to support individuals and groups.

Fostering cooperation and respect among other community agencies and private businesses to ensure the development of programs and the provision of service.

Ensuring accountability to its members and to govern all its actions to be responsive, in a flexible and innovative manner.

Fostering communication and cooperation among all parties interested in human service issues in the community, while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Utilizing wherever possible; research, literature, and other current data sources to provide the best possible service to our community.
